This festival takes place in a town called Roskilde, which is located in the South of Denmark. And it is one of the Europe’s most rooted festivals since it dates back to 1970s. It is a known fact that when you go up north in Europe music tends to get “heavier” :) This fact also shaped Roskilde’s line up, too. But when the festival got more and more popular, it began to include more popular names from world’s music scene.
The biggest advantage of this festival is being close to town Roskilde. If you don’t want to spend sleepless nights in tents you can simply go to Roskilde town at night and have you undisturbed beauty sleep :) Roskilde festival’s prices are around 300 dollars. And the line up for Roskilde is as following;
